By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form.
• Upload material that infringes anyone's rights, contains malware, or is otherwise unlawful.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our admin tools, or any account that isn't yours.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or harvest content beyond normal browsing.

Submitting the booking form or messaging us on WhatsApp is an enquiry — it doesn't create a contract. A binding agreement to design, supply or install a bathroom is only formed once we've issued a written quote and you've accepted it. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to a survey of the property.

The "Match a Quote" service lets you send us a quotation from another supplier so we can review whether we're able to match or beat it. We don't guarantee a match — every submission is subject to review and the following conditions:

• The quotation must be from a credible, established UK supplier or installer.
• The scope, products, brand, finish and labour included must be comparable to what we would supply.
• We may decline to match where the products quoted are non-equivalent, end-of-line, used, or where the price is below cost.
• Any match offered is itself subject to a survey of your property and our usual written quotation process.

Project photos and reviews on this site belong to Bright Bathrooms Ltd or to the customers who supplied them with permission. Please don't reuse them without our written consent.

We display reviews from Google Business Profile and from customers who have given us permission. Reviews are the opinion of the reviewer; they aren't endorsements of any specific outcome you can expect.

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the design itself — is owned by or licensed to Bright Bathrooms Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

Where we link to other websites (for example, Google for reviews or WhatsApp for messaging), we're not responsible for the content of those sites or how they handle your information.
